The Chaparral Lobos basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Irvin Rockets to 35 in the Lobos non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Lobos now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anthony for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Chaparral will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 47-43 non-league win over Riverside (El Paso, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-6.
