The Taylor Ducks basketball team scored 71 points and held the host Salado Eagles to 47 in the Ducks non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Ducks now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Burnet for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 29. Taylor will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 62-46 non-league win over Canyon Lake (Fischer, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-4.

The Eagles (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Davenport (San Antonio, TX). The Wolves enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Davenport triumphed over Stockdale (Stockdale, TX), 78-59, in a non-league contest.
