Virginia High School Volleyball - Madeira over King Abdullah Academy
September 29, 2023: McLean, VA 22102 The Madeira Snails (McLean, VA) volleyball overcame the visiting King Abdullah Academy Falcons (Herndon, VA), 3-0 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Madeira upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Snails travel to Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC) to face the Quakers in a ISL outing on Tuesday, October 3. The Quakers go into the outing with a record of 5-2. Sidwell Friends won 3-2 in their recent league outing against Maret (Washington, DC)
The Falcons now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to St. John's for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 3. King Abdullah Academy will face a Cadets squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over St. Stephen's & St. Agnes (Alexandria, VA). The Cadets record now stands at 12-4.
