North Carolina High School Basketball - Palisades knocked off by Olympic

December 16, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28278

The Olympic Trojans basketball team scored 78 points and held the host Palisades Pumas to 59 in the Trojans league triumph on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Salisbury for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 22. Olympic will meet a Hornets team coming off a 70-67 non-league loss to Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC). The Hornets record now stands at 5-3.

The Pumas (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, West Mecklenburg was defeated by Hough (Cornelius, NC), 68-30, in a league contest.
