The Sierra Chieftains (Tollhouse, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Sunnyside Wildcats (Fresno, CA), 52-37 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Chieftains (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Bullard (Fresno, CA). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 5-2 record.

The Wildcats now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lindsay for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 6. Sunnyside will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 33-29 non-league win over Central Valley Christian (Visalia, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-3.
