January 26, 2019: Clinton, MD 20735 The Grace Brethren Christian (Clinton, MD) basketball nipped the visiting Somerset Prep Bulldogs (Washington, DC), 59-58 in Saturday's non-league test.
The (17-11) will now prepare for their test against Grace Christian Academy (Waldorf, MD). The Knights go into the Maryland Independent test with a 3-10 record. In their last test, Grace Christian Academy was tipped by Lanham Christian (Lanham, MD), 66-39, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Maya Angelou Public Charter for a DCSAA A test on Tuesday, January 29. Somerset Prep will encounter a squad coming off a 76-50 non-league loss to KIPP College Prep (Washington, DC). The record now stands at 7-11.
