Indiana High School Basketball - White River Valley fells New Washington
December 27, 2023: New Washington, IN 47162 White River Valley Wolverines (Switz City, IN) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host New Washington Mustangs (New Washington, IN), 45-32 in a non-league bout.
With the win, White River Valley upgrades its record to 3-5 on the season. The Wolverines host Eminence (Eminence, IN) to play the Eels in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 3. The Eels go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Eminence lost 77-37 in their recent league bout against Indianapolis Washington (Indianapolis, IN)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Mitchell Bluejackets (Mitchell, IN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 27. New Washington will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Bluejackets go into the bout with a 5-4 record after their 63-49 league loss to Orleans (Orleans, IN).
