The East Knox Bulldogs (Howard, OH) volleyball nudged the host Ridgedale Rockets (Morral, OH), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

With the win, East Knox upgrades its record to 4-5 on the year. The Bulldogs host Fredericktown (Fredericktown, OH) to play the Freddies in a Knox Morrow Athletic bout on Thursday, September 22. The Freddies go into the bout with a record of 9-3.

The Rockets now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Delaware Christian for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 20. Ridgedale will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Liberty Christian Academy (Pataskala, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 7-4.
