Minnesota High School Basketball - Hill-Murray overwhelms North
January 17, 2024: Maplewood, MN 55109 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Hill-Murray Pioneers (Maplewood, MN) and the visiting North Polars (North St. Paul, MN), saw Hill-Murray's basketball squad wallop North by a tally of 67-40.
With the victory, Hill-Murray improves its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Simley (Inver Grove Heights, MN) to play the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 18. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 6-8. Simley lost 62-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Hastings (Hastings, MN)
Next up, the Polars play the South St. Paul Packers (South St. Paul, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 19. North will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Packers come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 54-42 non-league win over Tartan (Oakdale, MN).
