Illinois High School Volleyball - Round Lake nudged by Highland Park
August 30, 2011: Round Lake, IL 60073 The Round Lake Panthers volleyball team (Round Lake, IL), was nudged 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Highland Park Giants (Highland Park, IL)
The Giants (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL). The Ramblers enter the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Loyola Academy nipped Trinity (River Forest, IL), 2-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Panthers encounter the Vernon Hills Cougars (Vernon Hills, IL) in a North Suburban - Prairie challenge, on Tuesday, September 6. Round Lake will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Leyden (Franklin Park, IL).
