California High School Basketball - Petaluma winner over Albany
December 28, 2012: Albany, CA 94706 The Petaluma Trojans (Petaluma, CA) basketball knocked off the host Albany Cougars (Albany, CA), 52-44 in Friday's non-league test.
The Trojans (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Piner (Santa Rosa, CA). The Prospectors go into the Sonoma County test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Piner topped Elsie Allen (Santa Rosa, CA), 35-17, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host Las Lomas for a non-league test on Friday, January 4. Albany will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 62-49 non-league win over Mission (San Francisco, CA). The Knights record now stands at 6-4.
