The Mt. Vernon Marauders basketball team (Fortville, IN), was toppled 57-48 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Decatur Central Hawks (Indianapolis, IN)

The Hawks now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brownsburg for a non-league battle on Friday, December 11. Decatur Central will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 77-74 non-league loss to Fort Wayne South Side (Fort Wayne, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.

The Marauders (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pendleton Heights (Pendleton, IN). The Arabians come into the Hoosier Heritage battle with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Pendleton Heights was beaten by Hamilton Southeastern (Fishers, IN), 56-46, in a non-league outing.
