With the win, Palisades advances its record to 5-10 on the campaign. The Pumas host Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league outing on Thursday, May 2. The Cavaliers go into the outing with a record of 7-6. Cuthbertson lost 2-1 in their recent league outing against Sun Valley (Monroe, NC)
In their next game, the Greenwave play the Crest Chargers (Shelby, NC) in a Big South 3A outing, on Tuesday, April 30. Ashbrook will attempt to advance on its 2-13 season record. The Chargers go into the outing with a 11-5 record after their 7-0 league win over North Gaston (Dallas, NC).
