The Franklinton Rams volleyball team (Franklinton, NC), went down 3-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC)

The Firebirds (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Panther Creek (Cary, NC). The Catamounts come into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Panther Creek went down by Millbrook (Raleigh, NC), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rams encounter the Roanoke Rapids Yellowjackets (Roanoke Rapids, NC) in a The Big East 2A/3A challenge, on Tuesday, August 31. Franklinton will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Henderson Collegiate (Henderson, NC).
