October 12, 2019: Denver, CO 80237 The Lewis-Palmer Rangers football team (Monument, CO), was beaten 20-6 in Saturday's league challenge with the host Thomas Jefferson Spartans (Denver, CO)
The Spartans (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO). The Thunder come into the 3A Central challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Discovery Canyon achieved victory over Littleton (Littleton, CO), 51-0, in a league challenge.
The Rangers now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lutheran for a 3A Central challenge on Friday, October 18. Lewis-Palmer will meet a Lions team coming off a 42-20 league loss to Palmer Ridge (Monument, CO). The Lions record now stands at 4-2.
