Texas High School Basketball - Ballinger trounces Comfort
December 1, 2022: Comfort, TX 78013 The Ballinger Bearcats (Ballinger, TX) basketball crushed the host Comfort Bobcats/Deer (Comfort, TX), 57-18 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Bearcats (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Center Point (Center Point, TX). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Center Point was trounced by Nueces Canyon (Barksdale, TX), 50-15, in a non-league test.
The Bobcats/Deer now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Harper for a non-league test on Friday, December 2. Comfort will encounter a Longhorns squad coming off a 61-27 non-league win over Rocksprings (Rocksprings, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 5-0.
