Alabama High School Softball - Hatton nudges Lauderdale County
March 10, 2022: Rogersville, AL 35652 Hatton Hornets (Town Creek, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Lauderdale County Tigers (Rogersville, AL), 17-16 in a non-league challenge.
The Hornets now own a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lawrence County for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 14. Hatton will battle a Red Devils squad coming off a 6-5 league loss to West Point (Cullman, AL). The Red Devils record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, Lauderdale County falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Russellville (Russellville, AL) to battle the Golden Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 11. The Golden Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 4-5. Russellville won 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Florence (Florence, AL)
