Iowa High School Basketball - Columbus can't hold off North Cedar
November 30, 2023: Stanwood, IA 52337 The Columbus Wildcats basketball team (Columbus Junction, IA), was nudged 48-44 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host North Cedar Knights (Stanwood, IA)
The Knights now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Durant for a River Valley - South battle on Thursday, December 7.
The Wildcats (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Louisa-Muscatine (Letts, IA). The Falcons come into the SEI - North battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Louisa-Muscatine edged Winfield-Mt. Union (Winfield, IA), 45-27, in a league battle.
