Arizona High School Basketball - Liberty trounces Paradise Honors

The Liberty Lions (Peoria, AZ) basketball crushed the visiting Paradise Honors Panthers (Surprise, AZ), 78-52 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Lions (15-3) will now prepare for their test against Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ). The Mountain Lions go into the 6A Desert Valley test with a 3-15 record. In their last test, Mountain Ridge was trounced by Hamilton (Chandler, AZ), 63-38, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they travel to Thunderbird for a 4A Skyline test on Thursday, January 12. Paradise Honors will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 70-38 league win over Shadow Mountain (Phoenix, AZ). The Titans record now stands at 11-6.
