Notre Dame Green Knights (West Haven, CT) fans left the game happy Sunday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the host Hamden Green Dragons (Hamden, CT), 9-0 in a league match.

The Green Knights (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Fairfield Prep (Fairfield, CT). The Jesuits enter the Southern Connecticut - DI match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Fairfield Prep was trounced by Darien (Darien, CT), 4-2, in a non-league match.

Next up, the Green Dragons clash with the Greenwich Cardinals (Greenwich, CT) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 7. Hamden will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record.
