Plainview Bears (Rainsville, AL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Anniston Bulldogs (Anniston, AL), 74-51 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Plainview upgrades its record to 23-6 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Etowah (Attalla, AL) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 3. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 10-10.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Ramsay Rams (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 3. Anniston will attempt to upgrade on its 14-13 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 20-9 record after their 71-45 non-league win over Alexandria (Alexandria, AL).
