The Olfen Mustangs football team (Rowena, TX), was ripped 52-6 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Richland Springs Coyotes (Richland Springs, TX)

The Coyotes (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Lometa (Lometa, TX). The Hornets come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Lometa trounced Blum (Blum, TX), 72-65, in a non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lueders-Avoca for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 8. Olfen will meet a Raiders team coming off a 51-6 non-league loss to Trent (Trent, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 0-1.
