October 17, 2014: Alexandria, VA 22310 The Edison Eagles football team (Alexandria, VA), was tipped 21-14 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Washington-Lee Generals (Arlington, VA)
The Generals (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Centreville (Clifton, VA). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Centreville nipped Oakton (Vienna, VA), 21-0, in a league challenge.
The Eagles now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Falls Church for a 5A Conference 13 challenge on Friday, October 24. Edison will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 49-20 league win over Mount Vernon (Alexandria, VA). The Jaguars record now stands at 5-2.
