Sturgis Brown Scoopers (Sturgis, SD) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Hill City Rangers (Hill City, SD), 62-47 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Sturgis Brown upgrades its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Scoopers travel to Red Cloud (Pine Ridge, SD) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Friday, January 26. The Crusaders come into the bout with a record of 6-6. Red Cloud lost 67-55 in their recent league bout against Pine Ridge (Pine Ridge, SD)
