With the victory, James Irwin improves its record to 3-10 on the campaign. The Jaguars host St. Mary's (Colorado Springs, CO) to confront the Pirates in a 3A Tri-Peaks challenge on Wednesday, February 2. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 12-2. St. Mary's won 84-44 in their recent league challenge against La Junta (La Junta, CO)
Next up, the Highlanders confront the Peyton Panthers (Peyton, CO) in a 2A Black Forrest challenge, on Thursday, February 3. Thomas MacLaren School will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 58-21 non-league win over Calhan (Calhan, CO).
