The Lawrence Central Bears basketball team (Indianapolis, IN), was overwhelmed 72-43 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Carmel Greyhounds (Carmel, IN)

The Greyhounds now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Homestead for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 4. Carmel will confront a Spartans team coming off a 62-33 non-league win over Warsaw (Warsaw, IN). The Spartans record now stands at 2-1.

The Bears (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Lawrence North (Indianapolis, IN). The Wildcats come into the Metropolitan battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Lawrence North trounced Heritage Christian (Indianapolis, IN), 73-64, in a non-league battle.
