Arizona High School Basketball - Peoria fells Deer Valley
January 30, 2020: Peoria, AZ 85345 Peoria Panthers (Peoria, AZ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Deer Valley Skyhawks (Glendale, AZ), 77-60 in a league bout.
With the win, Peoria upgrades its record to 20-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ) to meet the Scorpions in a 4A West Valley contest on Tuesday, February 4. The Scorpions enter the contest with a record of 17-4. Desert Edge won 84-69 in their recent league contest against Cactus (Glendale, AZ)
The Skyhawks (13-10) will now prepare for their contest against Cactus (Glendale, AZ). The Cobras enter the 4A West Valley contest with a 13-10 record.
