January 8, 2022: Lakeside, OH 43440 The Danbury Lakers (Lakeside, OH) basketball nipped the visiting Northwood Rangers (Northwood, OH), 47-46 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Lakers (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Calvert (Tiffin, OH). The Senecas go into the Sandusky Bay - River test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Calvert was tipped by New Riegel (New Riegel, OH), 61-35, in a league test.
The Rangers now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Genoa Area for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 11. Northwood will encounter a Comets squad coming off a 47-32 league win over Rossford (Rossford, OH). The Comets record now stands at 4-6.
