The New Albany Eagles (New Albany, OH) basketball felled the host Big Walnut Golden Eagles (Sunbury, OH), 43-32 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Eagles (9-4) will now prepare for their bout against Grove City (Grove City, OH). The Greyhounds go into the Ohio Capital - Ohio bout with a 8-5 record.

Next up, the Golden Eagles clash with the Marion Harding Presidents (Marion, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 18. Big Walnut will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Presidents go into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 65-37 league loss to Shelby (Shelby, OH).
