The West Sabine Tigers (Pineland, TX) basketball nipped the visiting San Augustine Wolves (San Augustine, TX), 62-56 in Friday's league test.

The Tigers (2-13) will now prepare for their test against Chireno (Chireno, TX). The Owls go into the 2A Region III District 24 test with a 3-8 record.
