The De Anza Dons (El Sobrante, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Vallejo Redhawks (Vallejo, CA), 65-64 in Thursday's league test.

The Dons (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA). The Dons go into the non-league test with a 2-9 record. In their last test, Arroyo was tipped by Mt. Eden (Hayward, CA), 57-43, in a league test.
