Texas High School Volleyball - Memorial nudged by Cypress Creek

The Memorial Mustangs volleyball team (Houston, TX), was nudged 3-2 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Cypress Creek Cougars (Houston, TX)

The Cougars (14-19) will now prepare for their challenge against Jersey Village (Houston, TX). The Falcons enter the 6A Region III District 17 challenge with a 15-12 record. In their last challenge, Jersey Village was nudged by Stratford (Houston, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Cypress Ridge Rams (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region III District 17 challenge, on Friday, October 1. Memorial will attempt to move on its 18-16 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 14-16 record after their 3-0 league loss to Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX).
