In Tuesday's league outing, the Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA) basketball squad felled the visiting Oil City Oilers (Oil City, PA), by a margin of 67-51.

The Knights (13-4) will now prepare for their outing against Warren (Warren, PA). The Dragons go into the District 10 Region 5 outing with a 10-6 record. In their last outing, Warren thwarted Corry (Corry, PA), 72-52, in a league outing.

The Oilers now own a 14-3 record. They play next when they travel to Titusville for a District 10 Region 5 outing on Friday, February 3. Oil City will clash with a Rockets squad coming off a 80-54 league win over Conneaut Area (Linesville, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 10-7.
