With the victory, Denham Springs upgrades its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Kentwood (Kentwood, LA) to play the Kangaroos in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Kangaroos come into the challenge with a record of 3-7.
Next up, the Green Devils play the White Castle Bulldogs (White Castle, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 14. Plaquemine will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record.
