Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Plaquemine Green Devils (Plaquemine, LA) and the visiting White Castle Bulldogs (White Castle, LA), saw Plaquemine's basketball squad knock off White Castle by a tally of 68-50.

With the victory, Plaquemine improves its record to 12-8 on the campaign. The Green Devils host Catholic-B.R. (Baton Rouge, LA) to play the Bears in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 16. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 16-3. Catholic-B.R. won 62-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Donaldsonville (Donaldsonville, LA)
