North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) fans went home thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC), 3-1 in a league test.

The Vikings now have a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gospel Light Christian for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 21.

The Sauras (3-10) will now prepare for their test against North Surry (Mount Airy, NC). The Greyhounds enter the non-league test with a 2-9 record. In their last test, North Surry was knocked off by Surry Central (Dobson, NC), 3-1, in a league test.
