February 10, 2024: Windsor, CT 06095 In Saturday's league challenge, the Choate Rosemary Hall School Wild Boars (Wallingford, CT) ice hockey team nudged the host Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans (Windsor, CT), by a margin of 2-1.
The Wild Boars now possess a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Berkshire School for a challenge on Wednesday, February 14. Choate Rosemary Hall School will clash with a Bears team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA). The Bears record now stands at 5-14.
The Pelicans (16-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Lawrenceville School (Lawrenceville, NJ). The Big Red enter the non-league challenge with a 7-9 record. In their last challenge, Lawrenceville School tipped Shady Side Academy (Pittsburgh, PA), 4-1, in a league challenge.
