The Granger Lions basketball team (Granger, TX), was routed 70-44 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Milano Eagles (Milano, TX)

The Eagles now sport a 13-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thorndale for a 2A Region IV District 27 battle on Tuesday, February 15. Milano will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 59-50 league loss to Hearne (Hearne, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 23-9.

The Lions (8-17) will now prepare for their battle against Holland (Holland, TX). The Hornets come into the 2A Region IV District 27 battle with a 6-16 record. In their last battle, Holland was routed by Thrall (Thrall, TX), 58-45, in a league battle.
