The Spring Valley Vikings (Columbia, SC) basketball crushed the host Lancaster Bruins (Lancaster, SC), 64-33 in Tuesday's league test.

The Vikings (18-1) will now prepare for their test against Blythewood (Blythewood, SC). The Bengals go into the AAAA Region IV test with a 5-8 record. In their last test, Blythewood was trounced by Ridge View (Columbia, SC), 47-46, in a league test.

The Bruins now own a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Pointe for a AAAA Region IV test on Friday, January 30. Lancaster will clash with a Stallions squad coming off a 48-43 league win over Rock Hill (Rock Hill, SC). The Stallions record now stands at 10-5.
