New Jersey High School Basketball - Morristown knocked off by Immaculate Heart Academy
December 28, 2023: Washington Township, NJ 07676 The Immaculate Heart Academy Blue Eagles basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Morristown Colonials to 29 in the Blue Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Blue Eagles now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Albertus Magnus for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30. Immaculate Heart Academy will meet a Falcons team coming off a 65-55 non-league win over Walter Panas (Cortlandt Manor, NY). The Falcons record now stands at 4-0.
The Colonials (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Saddle River Day (Saddle River, NJ). The Rebels enter the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Saddle River Day ran past St. Joseph-by-the-Sea (Staten Island, NY), 90-76, in a non-league contest.
