Pennsylvania High School Football - Riverside smashes Old Forge

October 20, 2023: Taylor, PA 18517

The Riverside Vikings (Taylor, PA) football routed the visiting Old Forge Blue Devils (Old Forge, PA), 45-7 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Holy Cross Crusaders (Dunmore, PA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 28. Riverside will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Crusaders enter the bout with a 3-6 record after their 66-0 non-league loss to Lackawanna Trail (Factoryville, PA).

The Blue Devils (4-5) will now prepare for their bout against Carbondale Area (Carbondale, PA). The Chargers enter the non-league bout with a 2-7 record. In their last bout, Carbondale Area was overwhelmed by Susquehanna (Susquehanna, PA), 14-7, in a non-league battle.
