December 8, 2023: Little Rock, AR 72205 The Louisiana School for the Deaf War Eagles basketball team (Baton Rouge, LA), was toppled 47-29 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Arkansas School for the Deaf Leopards (Little Rock, AR)
The Leopards now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sacred Heart for a 1A Region 4 battle on Monday, December 11. Arkansas School for the Deaf will confront a Rebels team coming off a 50-21 league loss to Wonderview (Hattieville, AR). The Rebels record now stands at 10-5.
The War Eagles (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Oklahoma School for the Deaf (Sulphur, OK). The Bison come into the non-league battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Oklahoma School for the Deaf was toppled by Milburn (Milburn, OK), 46-18, in a non-league battle.
