The Hancock Panthers (Hancock, MD) basketball nipped the host Union Tigers (Mount Storm, WV), 34-30 in Monday's non-league test.

The Panthers (3-12) will now prepare for their test against Hyndman Charter School (Hyndman, PA). The Hornets go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Hyndman Charter School was tipped by Paw Paw (Paw Paw, WV), 66-24, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now own a 0-11 record. They play next when they host Tygarts Valley for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 31.
