The Union Local Jets (Belmont, OH) basketball crushed the visiting Wheeling Central Catholic Maroon Knights (Wheeling, WV), 63-39 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Jets (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Martins Ferry (Martins Ferry, OH). The Purple Riders go into the Buckeye 8 test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Martins Ferry was trounced by Bellaire (Bellaire, OH), 60-45, in a league test.

The Maroon Knights now own a 8-4 record. They play next when they host Williamstown for a Little Kanawha - West test on Saturday, January 13.
