The Hurricane Redskins basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Riverside Warriors to 38 in the Redskins league victory on Tuesday.

The Redskins now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parkersburg for a Mountain State contest on Thursday, January 5. Hurricane will battle a Big Reds team coming off a 75-64 league loss to Cabell Midland (Ona, WV). The Big Reds record now stands at 4-6.

Next up, the Warriors clash with the St. Albans Red Dragons (St. Albans, WV) in a Mountain State bout, on Thursday, January 5. Riverside will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Red Dragons go into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 49-17 league win over Capital (Charleston, WV).
