The Evansville Central Bears football team (Evansville, IN), was ripped 56-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Castle Knights (Newburgh, IN)

The Knights (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Evansville Memorial (Evansville, IN). The Tigers come into the Southern Indiana challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Evansville Memorial was ripped by Vincennes Lincoln (Vincennes, IN), 6-0, in a league challenge.

The Bears now sport a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Evansville North for a Southern Indiana challenge on Friday, October 13. Evansville Central will meet a Huskies team coming off a 35-21 league loss to Jasper (Jasper, IN). The Huskies record now stands at 5-3.
