March 28, 2024: Mountain Pine, AR 71956 The Kirby Trojans (Kirby, AR) softball routed the host Mountain Pine Red Devils (Mountain Pine, AR), 18-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Trojans (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Bearden (Bearden, AR). The Bears go into the non-league bout with a 3-3 record.
The Red Devils now possess a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bigelow for a 2A Region 5 challenge on Monday, April 1. Mountain Pine will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 9-6 non-league win over Dover (Dover, AR). The Panthers record now stands at 7-6.
