September 24, 2010: Plano, TX 75075 The John Paul II Cardinals football team (Plano, TX), was ripped 69-13 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Prestonwood Christian Lions (Plano, TX)
The Lions (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Trinity Christian (Addison, TX). The Trojans come into the TAPPS Division I District 1 challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Trinity Christian was ripped by Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX), 7-0, in a league challenge.
The Cardinals now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop Dunne for a TAPPS Division I District 1 challenge on Friday, October 1. John Paul II will meet a Falcons team coming off a 28-13 non-league win over Grace Prep (Arlington, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 3-1.
