The Legacy Early College Lions basketball team (Greenville, SC), was nudged 76-70 in Friday's league battle with the host IMG Academy Ascenders (Bradenton, FL)

The Ascenders now sport a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gateway for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 4. IMG Academy will battle a Eagles team coming off a 84-63 non-league win over North Fort Myers (North Fort Myers, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 14-6.

The Lions (11-7) will now prepare for their battle against Legion Collegiate Academy (Rock Hill, SC). The Lancers come into the non-league battle with a 6-18 record.
