The Saluda Tigers crushed the visiting Newberry Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 13-2 in Friday's league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Swansea for a non-league bout on Monday, April 3. Saluda will face a Tigers team coming off a 20-2 league win over Lower Richland (Hopkins, SC). The Tigers record now stands at 6-5.
